 At The Greatest Gift Surrogacy Center NW in Sherwood, Oregon, we take the pairing of our Surrogates and our Intended Parents very seriously.

 At GGSCNW, before a potential Surrogate can be admitted to our  program they have to complete a detailed application, verified by a background check. We

then elect to meet with the potential Surrogate/partner in person and arrange for    the Surrogate/partner to be fully screened, both medically and psychologically. All of these steps are taken before Surrogate profiles are released to the

Intended Parents (IPs).

Our Process:

• Please fill out and submit the Application.
• Once we have reviewed the Application we can begin with the registration.
• Registration consists of a scheduled interview with our Director (either by phone or in person, depending on the IPs location) and the signing of our Client Retainer Agreement. Upon signing the Agreement, the first installment of our fee will be due.
• Profile(s) of select potential Surrogates are released to the IPs for their review (excluding any confidential information).
• When the IPs determine that they would like to have a Match Meeting with a Surrogate, we  then submit the IPs profile to that Surrogate for her review (excluding any confidential information).
• Once the Surrogate concurs we will schedule a Match Meeting, in person, involving both parties and lead by our Director.
• IP’s shall have 3 business days from  the date of the Match Meeting to choose to go into contract with the Surrogate.
• Once the IPs and the Surrogate have signed the legal contract between themselves, the second installment of our fee will be due.
• The day before Surrogate undergoes the embryo transfer the last installment of our fee will be due.
